Fittolete Privacy Policy

Fittolete ("we", "us", "the app") is a fitness coaching application that uses artificial intelligence to build personalized workout and nutrition guidance. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, unique account identifier, and authentication identifiers provided by Google or Apple if you sign in with those services. We never see or store your password for a Google or Apple account.
• Profile and health-related information you provide: first name, age, sex, height, weight, fitness goals, training experience level, preferred training days and session length, training environment, and any medical conditions or physical limitations you choose to share (for example asthma, joint injuries, diabetes).
• Fitness and nutrition activity: the workouts you complete, exercise metrics such as sets, repetitions, weight, time or distance, session feedback, workout duration, streaks, plan history, dietary preference, meal count, allergies or foods you ask us to avoid, and generated meal plans.
• Purchase information: subscription product, entitlement status and purchase history needed to provide and manage Pro or Pro Plus access. Fittolete does not receive or store your card or bank details.
• Feedback: if you choose to contact us through the feedback feature, we collect the message together with your account name, email address and user identifier so that we can review and respond to it.
• Technical and security information: Firebase Authentication and our application server may process IP address, platform, app/SDK version and user-agent information to authenticate requests, maintain the service and prevent abuse.
• We do not collect: your precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or background activity. The app does not contain advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

2. How we use your information

• To generate your personalized workout plan and nutrition guidance. Your profile data (age, sex, height, weight, goals, environment, experience, medical conditions) and your logged workout performance are sent to Google's Gemini AI service to create and progress your training program.
• To operate core app features: tracking your progress, streaks, workout history, and total training time.
• To maintain your account and let you sign in across devices.
• To provide and manage subscriptions, prevent fraudulent access, deliver optional feedback to our support inbox, secure the service and troubleshoot failures.
• We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. Ever.

3. Where your data is stored and who processes it

• Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore): stores your account and all app data described above. Firebase is operated by Google LLC and may process data on servers in various countries. Firebase privacy information.
• Google Gemini API: receives your profile context and workout performance summaries solely to generate your training plan. Google privacy policy.
• Render: hosts our application server, which relays plan-generation requests. Request contents pass through it transiently; it does not keep a database of your personal data.
• Google Play Billing and RevenueCat: process subscription purchases and subscription status. Payment credentials are collected directly by Google Play and are not provided to Fittolete. RevenueCat privacy policy.
• Resend: delivers feedback that you voluntarily submit in the app to our support email. Resend privacy policy.
• YouTube: exercise demonstration videos are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may collect viewing data when you play a video, under Google's privacy policy.

4. Health information disclaimer

The medical conditions you enter are used only to make your AI-generated workout plan safer and more suitable for you. Fittolete is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions.

5. Data retention and deletion

• Your data is retained while your account is active.
• You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. This erases your profile, health information, workout and meal plans, workout history and login.
• If you cannot access the app, use our account deletion page to email a request from the address connected to your account.
• Deleting a Fittolete account does not itself cancel a subscription managed by Google Play. Cancel the subscription from Google Play first to stop future renewals.
• We may retain minimal records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance. These records are not used for advertising.

6. Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in Google Firebase, which encrypts data at rest. Access to your data is restricted by per-user security rules: only your authenticated account can read or write your own records.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise deletion directly in the app, and any other request by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Age requirement

Fittolete is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above, and where appropriate notify you in the app.
